Northern THC Pty Ltd has partnered with the Osoyoos Indian Band, based in Oliver, BC, to establish an indoor cannabis cultivation center within the Senkulmen Business Park. Construction has started and expected to go live in February 2022.

There are two contemplated projects – 3-acre indoor cultivation center and an outdoor cultivation center. Construction has started on the indoor site and an outdoor cultivation center will be undertaken at a later date based on a business case discussion. Note the indoor site nestled between the BC Provincial Correctional Center and VinCor (a vineyard / bottling company).
